So, what happened? Did someone catch a home run and trow it back into play?
Inquiring minds want to know!

The poor slob. He did what nearly everyone who goes to a ball game
wants to do: catch a ball hit during the game. The problem was, it
was 3 - 0 favor the Cubs at the time of this foul ball, there were two
outs and this would have been the third.

The Cubs fielder had his glove on the ball, but the kid's grab for it
interfered just enough that the ball wasn't caught. With two outs
facing them, the Marlins went on to score 8 runs and win the game.

Sorry, but professonal baseball teams with world series aspirations
HAVE to be able to get out number three if they are really contenders.
The ball was literally in an out of play area so the kid did not do
anything wrong. That's why no interference was called.

His life must be a monumental nightmare right now. Helicopters are
circling his house and he's had numerous death threats.
