One eye does instruments and the other follows it. Best thing that I ever saw - it works great. Absolutely forbidden to fly with these. You can get monovision correction with LASIK and fly, but the FAA prohibits pilots flying with monovision contacts. They're really hinky about this because a pilot dumped a MD-80 on a visual approach to LaGuardia a few years back partially attributed to these lenses. |
