Meaning of "IC" on KPHL Frequencies?
I was reviewing the frequencies for KPHL over the weekend on AirNav,
http://www.airnav.com/airport/Kphl and towards the end of the frequency list there is one listed as IC: 124.35. Its also a departure and approach freq, but I'd like to know what IC stands for. Any help would be appreciated!
