NATOPS
Is it legal for civilians to own Adobe Acrodat PDF copies of Navy NATOPS
manuals? NATOPS manuals for the T-34 and the F/A 18 are available through public websites. One may also by them from companies that sell these manuals for profit [search "NATOPS" using Google]. Anyone know of on line sources for these NATOPS manuals?
