Lange Flugzeugbau now Lange Aviation and back in business

Looks like they recapitalized and set up a new entity to buy up all
the assets from the old business. Good news, would have been a pity to
see such an innovative and well made glider disappear:

It suggests that all the key people are still around, maybe Dave can
enlighten us with some more details. Interesting is also the
following: They "will in the near future sign an agreement of co-
operation with Schempp-Hirth Flugzeugbau GmbH. The co-operation will
focus on purchasing, production and development. Both companies expect
to gain significant advantages from synergy effects and a strengthened
purchasing power."
