That's the AQM-60 "Kingfisher." There's more information at http://www.designation-systems.net/dusrm/m-60.html It was a Lockheed missile, and developed out of Lockheed's X-7. designation-systems.net says it was too successful for its own good, and cancelled because it was almost impossible for American SAMs to hit it during tests. It had a top speed of Mach 4.3 and a maximum altitude of 100,000 feet (30,000 meters). --Bill Thompson
