Can someone direct me to a Hold Harmless / Waiver agreement for the sale of
an Ultralight or Experimental aircraft?

Since most liability lawyers work on a contingency basis, the first
thing they do is to look into the finances of the party (manufacturer)
they intend to sue. If they don't see a settlement big enough, they will
drop the case. Remember, they get 1/3 of the settlement. Lawyers ain't
cheep. Unless you are a multi-millionaire, don't worry about it. Also,
if you are not the original builder, no problems. The reason the
majority of Ultralights and Experimentals are built is because the
builder doesn't have very deep pockets to begin with.
