3 offspring are suing Yeager in ranch dispute

(EXCERPT) Chuck Yeager, a World War II flying ace and the first test
pilot to break the sound barrier, is being sued by three of his four
children. Yeager's children are suing their father over ownership of a
3-acre, $1.35 million ranch in Penn Valley, Calif. A trial is set for
May in Nevada County Superior Court. Susan Yeager, the principal
plaintiff, is suing her father over alleged attempts by his new wife
to exert "undue influence" that will alienate him from the family.
