New England club in need of a 2-33 by
KyleCharles
Our small club lost our 2-33 in a wind storm this season.
There might be a replacement candidate, but it is far away and only has a useful load of 380 lbs. Ideally we are hoping to find a good one in the Northeast USA with a higher useful load.
Just putting the feelers out. Hoping there might...

Download ADSB track? by
[email protected]
As more gliders and airplanes get ads-b installed is there a website to download the flight trace for a specific aircraft?
I'd like to be able to replay the track in Google Earth via .kml/.kmz or as a .igc.

Pilot Schedule: Excellent soaring club scheduling and communication service by
Bret Hess
After a lot of research last winter Utah Soaring Association switched our glider scheduling and communications (email) software to Pilot Schedule (pilotschedule.com). The support has been great ... they have added features we needed. The cost is less than we were paying before for our old...

Cleaning old bugs by
cuflyer
What's the best (safest) way to get year-old bugs off a gel wing?
I tried searching old posts, but I kept getting kicked out for some reason.
TIA,
Tim

Powersonic "Smart Battery" tested by
jfitch
It seems like a nice concept and I was recommending others try so I thought I should too.
https://www.power-sonic.com/batteries/lithium-bluetooth-series/
I bought the 12120 which is 12.5AH to replace my StarkPower 12AH (which after 6 years use still tests at 11.9 AH). The Powersonic is available...

LS6b ballast valve seal by
Ben Coleman
Hi all,
I am rebuilding my ballast valve at the moment. I have it apart (unfortunately in more bits than I planned but that is another story) and would like to replace the rubber seal / seat that the ball-on-a-stick sits on. Does anyone know what seal it is and/or where to get one? I assume...
