Sour grapes? You're reading alot into a pretty innocuous sentence.
Perhaps you're projecting. I just wanted to know how high he got.

Yeah, I know, you begrudge him the money that makes it possible for him
to do this kind of thing (I'm a little envious, myself), but will I
