I read on the Centrair Pegase user group https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/fly4pegasus/info that there may be a change in the Type Certificate and support for the Pegase and Marianne gliders. Specifically, S.N. Centrair may turn over the TC and support to the French Gliding Federation. I don't know whether this is a good idea or not, but the Vice-president of the French Federation is trying to compile a database of Centrair gliders registered outside of France.

If you or someone you know is the owner or operator of a Pegase 101 or Marianne 201, please contact me at: Mark (at) MMFabrication (dot) com and I will send you the contact info for Jean-Pierre Deloof, as well as a copy of a brief article that appeared in the British magazine "Sailplane & Gliding." |
