Another Cirrus Down
No. I think there are one or two others.
I think improved training has addressed most of the issues of the issues associated with the rash of accidents shortly after the Cirrus was introduced. The Cirrus is a good plane. It had some problems during the early years, but all of them have been addressed as far as I can see.
