We know "kind of where he is" but we still can't find him in our own
country. I think this is a good lesson that it is very hard to find someone
in an inhospitable area with mountains and rough terrain. It is ahardly any
wonder why we can't find Osama either.

We have not been able to find Bin Laden in six years.
However, the IRS goon squads can find you if you owe them 50
cents. We spend more money cutting down pot plants then we
do dealing with what is important.

And everybody else in the world competing against each other to earn our
money. (Otherwise, I agree.)

That's just so we have enough to give out to the rest of the world when they
can't manage their economies. If we'd stop supporting some of these losers
we might be better off.

Control yourself :-) Do you realize what this would mean? These
countries would then go from simply hating us to REALLY hating us!!!

You need to catch up on current events. The U. S. is living off money we
borrow from foreigners.

Its easier to find a live person out there than a dead one. Thermal
imagers work better on objects that are warmer than their
surroundings. Also, live people have to move around to eat, drink,
etc. and tend to build campfires to stay warm. That makes them much
easier to find, and much harder for them to hide out from the
government.

If you stay in one place and blend in with the surroundings, finding
you would be very very hard.
