IGC Simulator & Google Earth
The problem could be with your Router. If its an older
model it may not support the full bandwidth available. Also the ISP may throttle your connection speed (Bandwidth) and the reality is that the contention ratio can be gigher on cable and therefore encouraging the throttling more than you might realise.
