Hullo Glenn,
Hope you've already solved the problem, but just in case you haven't, this might work: BAO Tower packs it's own copy of 'MSVCRT20.DLL', and this version is not compatible with XP (and 2000, for that matter). The old version it installs will reside in the Tower game directory ('C:\Tower", if you accepted the default). To solve the problem, simply rename the Tower MSVCRT20.DLL file as MSVCRT20.DLL.BAK and, to be completely redundant, search your hard drive for the 'real' (newer) MSVCRT20.DLL file. When found, copy the newer file to the Tower game directory and things should then work. Hope this helps.
