SVFR would interfere with IFR and is only allowed when there is no IFR traffic conflict. SVFR operations are not prohibited when IFR aircraft are present. If the SVFR and IFR aircraft can be provided with approved separation and if arriving and departing IFR aircraft are not delayed then SVFR operations may be conducted.
