IS28-B2 Lark salvage

Is someone aware of an IS28-B2 Lark that's being parted out? Also, has anyone gotten the parts drawings from Aeroclubul Romaniei for the additional parts needed to modify the tail section (rear fuselage stringer) which otherwise drives a 50-hr inspection (AD-18-03-7) for cracks. I'd like to do the modification (SB-IS-28B2-AR-02), but have not been able to get a reply from them to get the drawings.
