Is Wings And Wheels 'contact the seller' form actually working?

Similar thing happened approximately a year ago while inquiring another owner - I found him via different channels and he said he hasn't gotten any message. I recently sold a glider via Wings & Wheels and the seller contact form seemed to work fine. It was listed for a long while and it worked over the entire listing period and renewal periods.
