Is Wings And Wheels 'contact the seller' form actually working?

Is Wings And Wheels 'contact the seller' form actually working?
I have sporadically had trouble with the contact form over the last few years, can't recall specifics now. I just contact the seller directly when it (or I?) spaz out. Maybe skinware for all I know.
