I built a few of those for a hot tub several years ago.
Being a frugal and saving kind of guy, I've still got most of them tucked away. Simple construction really and capable of several inches of mercury. Preferably 110, but I can rig up a 12 volt supply if necessary. Thoughts? When I was in college, the chem labs used a venturi on water faucets to create a vacuum for filtration. I've tried Google to show where to get them, and failed. Just a little attachment with a side barbed fitting ... good vacuum levels, CHEAP, and appropriate for one who utilizes Bernoulli in other ways ... now where do I get it? |
