capacitive fuel guage

I am trying to find some information on your capacitive fuel sending
unit that was in KitPlanes. Do you offer this as a kit? Do you have
info on making the probe? I have Velocity and I would like to mount the
probe in the site glass so as not to have to drill holes in my
nonleaking fuel tanks

Jim's plan involves flat metal plates fairly close together. The ones I used in
the USAF were concentric tubes. Both designs require the plates be bare metal.

In either case the fuel rises or lowers between the plates. I suppose you could
glass it in if you get creative.
