Jay, I hate to tell you this but it's the Liberal Art's colleges and
programs that are at the foundation of our wretched education systems. Are they the ones who taught you improper use of apostrophes? Hee hee! I mean, ahem, that was a cheap shot. (Sorry, Tom.
