If you promise to construct it, I will send you the makings for a vertical
dipole weatherproof external antenna.

You will need to provide about 4' of PVC waterpipe and some
wooden dowels.

Do you have plans for such a beastie on your website, and if not, how 'bout
putting them there sometime. :-)

Jim...

I understand what you say, but it is a kit that I sell. I don't mind giving
away ideas and such that don't put bread on the table, but I'm afraid this one
is proprietary.

I'm giving one to Jay because he is hosting the Pool Party.

Ok, I didn't realize that. No problem, and I understand.

Gee, you want one, Jim sells them... may I suggest that
you purchase one from him?

I still hve a WORKING RST-442 (number may be wrong) 4-place
intercom system that I bought from Jim over 20 years ago.
Good stuff, reasonable price, and the service was OUTSTANDING!

I may. I'm not near enough to a towered airport to hear both sides of the
conversations. All I could get is local unicom, or one side of the Atlanta
Center. That makes purchase of an antenna less useful.

I have no doubt that Jim sels good stuff, and am quite sure I will some time
own some. What was the tire commercial? "Sooner or later you'll own _Jim's
stuff_"? g

Jay,
Have you ever had any Spotted Cow from the New Glarus (WI) Brewing Co.
(or for special occasions their Rasberry Tart or Cherry brews...like
the Belgian brews?)

If not, and if I can come, I'll bring some.
