For political reasons, it would have been appropriate for the RIGHT WINGman to be the one that departed. Isn't it always? I think of a finger-four as the fingers of my right hand, with the lead being the middle finger. In the latter, #3 is on the left and pulls, as it is always #3 in a 4-ship that pulls and "flies West."
