who counts." That sounds like something the machine politicians in Chicago would say also. When I lived there was a precinct election board where the republican member was appointed by the machine and came from the same household as the democrat member. (I told my wife to bury me in chicago, that way I could still vote.!) Mitch Luscombe 8A
