The whole world doesn't seem to include Sweden; here a flashing yellow warns that some of the streetlights in the crossing are inoperable. (then rules for unguarded crossings apply) btw. "IFR" I've also heard explained as "I Follow the Road", but I've seldom flown so low I needed to worry about the streetlights. /Rolf |
