(Don't laugh -- a few years ago at a safety seminar in the DC area one of the local inspectors noted that he had recently given remedial training to a pilot who had busted the Dulles TCA. The pilot's resume included a period as Administrator of the FAA, although he had left the position before the incident.) Joe Morris
