My point is that, based on a vast amount of human experience over our history, it is apparent that no matter what standards one sets, somehow a small number of the incompetents get through. Caveat Emptor. But this is not a failure of standards, but just an indication that we are all human, and no system is perfect. Jose -- (for Email, make the obvious changes in my address)
