This would let you find your point 10nm on the 265 radial and drop a point there that you can then name. Yes, Jay, I have (and use) Cirrus. Actually, you don't need the so-called measuring tape. You can just enter the numbers and it will stick the point in with great precision. All that aside, I'm trying to solve the problem with AOPA RTFP.
