were the wing to fuselage linkages in the right position when the wings
were put on the fuselage - if the dump valve was closed in the wing and the dump lever in the fuselage was open - you must take the wings off and put everything "closed" and reassemble. |

There are no valves in the wings. They both feed to a drain plug in the
fuselage belly.
