I just tried that now but it still does not work, however, when I press
the center button on the colibri and the "waiting connect" display comes up on the lcd, it allows my mouse (touch pad) to be operational any other hints Devin

If you are using Activesync on your laptop, try disabling that. I had a
similar problem once and that fixed it. If you aren't using Activesync, I've got no idea! Phil wrote in message ups.com...
