By the way, they offered me a 5% finder's fee without me asking for it. I'm
NOT in the real estate business; I'm only doing this because these folks were so very kind to me during my little difficulty last summer. I'll be glad to split that fee 2% for me, 3% for you with any of the folks in this NG that wind up buying it. Or we can donate the whole lump to the EAA's Young Eagles program if you wish. I ain't in this for the money. I sincerely like these folks. Jim
