I agree that this guy's ticket is gone gone gone... but my point is...
before we lynch the fella, we are going to ensure he has a fair trial. He has not had that yet. Dave |

Dave A trial in this case would be an appeal to the NTSB. Doing that would be extremely stupid. He got essentially the minimum punishment for a finding of violation. The NTSB could easily decide that wasn't enough and call for a civil penalty of up to $1000 for each violation cited. He has at least 8.
