meters in DC so that the Congress can set fares totheir advantage. VA
bans them from picking up fares, at least at Washington National, but
the cabbies used to hang around pretending to adjust things in the
trunk. Travelers in the know would get a cheap trip back into town.)

I watched the AOPA Powerpoint (or whatever) program (on their website) about
restricted airspace around Camp David last night. Looks like something to
stay WAY away from...

As long as you keep DC and Potomac river to your left, coming down from
the North, you should have no problem.
