A few years ago when Massport was trying to win public approval for a
new runway at Boston Logan, they paid to have contractors install new
windows all over my neighborhood. While the contractors were installing
the windows a lot of roofs got fixed and central air units just
happened to get installed, too. Pure coincidence.
