Don't know, but it apparently wasn't a USCG helo.

The image in the video had a tail rotor, not a fenestron, so it isn't a
Dauphin. Possibly a A-119 A-129?

No Coast Guard insignia, it was solid orange, no white, and it was a
SeaStallion.
