Checking the web, Solberg is listed in one place as being 745 acres and in
another as 721. Close enough to 730, and I would certainly call some people in
the area "affluent." I think you've hit it.

The other possiblility is Alexandria, which was already being developed as
an airpark (or at least there were plans for that). I didn't think it was
that big, however.


The FAA info for it says it's only 75 acres.
