I agree with your comment that the take-home message from the OP is
one of racism and bigotry, instead of a constructive message. I
can't speak about the FAA, but the state agency I work for has enough
money; it's paralyzed by too many weak and timid managers, and since
the salaries aren't competitive good, experienced people go elsewhere.

Remember boys and girls, that this is a troll who monthly (or there-abouts)
posts this message. Let's not make his day by responding every time.
