ILS critical area when the tower is closed?
Limitations on the approach chart probably do not allow the

RW 29 at PWM has an ILS hold charted on the airport diagram, but I don't see anything preventing it's use when the tower is closed on the approach chart: http://204.108.4.16/d-tpp/0511/00329IL29.PDF
