Dornier DO28 B-1 aircraft

Really loud, really old design. But they are kind of cool. We have the last German flying one at our field. Actually, some of the links you post seem to show a smaller, different type. The single engine variant is the Do-27 http://www.do27.com/do27/index.htm. And the (very much) modernized and much bigger follow-up is the Do-228 http://www.dornier228.de/. -- Thomas Borchert (EDDH)
