Great job Jay! Now you need to introduce her to newsgroups (if you haven't
already). Maybe that's what we need to increase the pilot population--more women! Like the "ladie's night" concept that's been time-tested throughout the nightlife scene, more women always translates to more men (which translates to more women...).
