Without looking at a book...
ATCT - tower -- I think it's a contract tower NACO - group that prints the plates? NIMA - imagery group. RVSM - reduced vertical separation SATNAV - satellite navigation STMP - mail protocol -- wait, that's SMTP nevermind....
