I'd chip in, but I don't even like broth.

(With apologies to the late Benny Hill.)

So, okay, let's get to the bottom line here -- Are we all gonna chip in
and buy the brothel? I'll be in charge of keeping the brass pole shined
up.....

How much is it selling for?

The web page http://www.cottontail-ranch.com says they are asking
$1,000,000.

And who's judging? Sex doesn't belong in public, plain and simple.

Hold on.

Sex is a natural, beautiful thing, without which the human race (as well
as pretty much every other breathing species on this planet) would not
continue to exist.

And with that, our "Beautiful Thing" closing argument - the "defensive"
rests Your Honor. :-)

Boat? We don't need no stinkin' boats.

Will a brass pole fit in Jay's lobby? That might help him compete against
the large hotel that just opened. :-)

No, no, no. Not in the lobby of his hotel. You must think 'outside the box!'

An idea is forming...

Combining Jay's two great passions - The Hospitality Industry and flying.

Three! Combining his 'three' great passions.... g

So are many other things that we don't generally do in public. What is
your point?

Well, Jim, the obvious way to balance things out is for Emily (or
anyone else, for that matter) to post PIREPs for airports close to
Chippendale Clubs -- the strip clubs made for women.

That way, no one is offended by being left out. (Or, perhaps, EVERYONE
is offended!)

We *do* want to remain inclusive, here at rec.aviation!

OK. Here's an "equal opportunity" PIREP. Heidi Fleiss's Stud Farm (where
the male staff will only service women) is being built on the site of the
Cherry Patch Ranch bordello in Crystal, NV. The Cherry Patch has a private
aistrip. Many years ago the handouts along the strip included offers of
free air transportation to the Cherry Patch.

Great website, but I still must say that the Boeing Stratocruiser was
the ugliest airliner ever built.

well, this depends on culture. Breast feeding is nothing unusual and is
done here (Central Europe) in public and it is seen as a normal thing to
do.

I'd say that dying is a very private thing and not done public.

But sex (depends on definition of sex) is generally a good thing and to
many it gives a kick having sex in public places.

Did you ever realize how much text fits in eighty columns? If you now consider
that a signature usually consists of up to four lines, this gives you enough
space to spread a tremendous amount of information with your messages. So seize
this opportunity and don't waste your signature with bull**** nobody will read.
