Traffic is normally counted at the top of every hour, for those facilities where it is not automated, and entered into the computer. Between 12 and 2 am the days traffic count has to be entered into a separate program and then sent to Wahington. |

As far as the FAA is concerned, it all boils down to something like, "Well, you didn't *have* to fly that day"... sick-grin |
