The new issues later this year will have the identifiers added.

All the airports are there, but not the 3 or 4 letter ID's. With a GPS, it is enough. Only thing I can't find is those Class E surface areas with my WACs or GPS.

This is a great victory for EAA and AOPA, which have been clamoring for this addition for a long time. Adding the airport identifiers to WACs will make them much more usable, IMHO.
