That doesn't mean I'm satisfied with my choices. The 496 is great for what it does, but it could be better in several ways and cheaper, too. Where's the price/features pressure on Garmin coming from? Quick connect, yoke mount docking station. All waypoints for approaches (probably forbidden by lawyers). Customizable page order with ability to skip pages.
