"throw him off the internet"? What the #$%* are you talking about? The
cure for bad speech is good speech, not censorship.

Fox News has a web site too.

So does CBS, ABC, ......and CNN :-)

Well yes, but I want exclusive aviation news. The networks seem to
grab the bigger stories, and have little interest in sport aviation.
I'm going to check out avweb, and see if they have similar types of
news. I suspect that ANN posts mostly news off the wire without
massaging it. But the problem is, the reader would have no way of
knowing which stories have been doctored up. I used to suscribe to the
US Aviator back in the 80's and it was a good magazine. Somewhere
along the way, Zoomer seemed to slip off beaten path and went down the
wrong one. But it's not unusual for insanity to manifest itself later
in life. One of the guys that used to fly with me on the airline used
to skydive with Zoom. And he said he was normal back then, and that
was back in either the late seventies or early eighties. But then
again, how normal is anyone who skydives :-)

In article , Paul Tomblin says...

You missed the point. Montblack and I were pointing out that much, much
bigger organizations that massage the news to fit their twisted world
views are posting on the internet every day.

....and if your the object of the twisted news who knows but you? That's the
advantage zoom had originally when he still had the magazine. He wrote what he
wanted and if you wrote a letter to the editor giving your side it was never
printed. At best he would cherry pick a statement that appeared to support his
position. Been there done that

Fortunately, thanks to the Internet, we all own presses.

And that's really the only issue here, isn't it. Your whining about how ANN
treats you. Boohoohoo. Somebody shed a tear.

And of course, it's only wrong when you're the recipient. If it's you
dishing it out, it's ok, until it gets forcefeed down your throat by the
likes of me.

chuckle Spare me the sob story, putz.

[Chili Palmer] What is that?
[Rental Car Attendant] It's an Oldsmobile Silhouette.

[Chili Palmer] I ordered a Cadillac.
[Rental Car Attendant] Oh, well, you got the Cadillac of minivans.
