What & Where?
It's a French Air Force KC-135R. Low pass for the troops, probably in
Chad, perhaps in Djibouti. Language is French. No CGI needed, just careful flying. Also helps to be able to tapdance (when explaining the video to your squadron commander...). Kirk 66
