Bill Daniels I hate it when I forget the obvious :-) That's how I do it now - and you could dress the cheap bits to any diameter to get the fit you need. I gave up on the reaming long time ago. I could never get a consistant hole, even with the adjustables. Set one large enough to actually do some cutting (over come the spring back) and it was just as likely to decide to take the full cut every so often, giving an oversize hole. Freezing the stuff helps. Bottom line; think wood not metal. Wood working tools work just fine on this kind of plastic. ====================== Leon |
