I've never flown an airplane that required a transponder code to take off. Actually, none of the airplanes I've flown even required a transponder to take off! :-) Matt |

I haven't read the current proposal, but initially the Reason Foundation's Norm Poole said that GA would be exempt from user fees. Don't be fooled by the old "divide and conquer" strategy. |
